Great Christmas stay

I recently had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel in Chongqing. The food offered during the stay was exceptional, a mix of different cuisines that catered to everyone's taste. The staff was always friendly and willing to help, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel location was key, as it was close to public transportation and dining options. The rooms were well appointed and very clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good rest.

One major downside was that the air conditioning system did not work properly, which made it hard to sleep at night. The decor in the rooms was outdated and in need of refurbishment.

Located a bit far from the central area, the Indian menu was a bit disappointing and lacked variety, but the Chinese restaurant had better food. it was conveniently located close to the domestic market and had a shuttle to the city centre for sight, seeing. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great choices and the gym was well, equipped.

Though the lobby was beautiful and modern, the check, in process was long and could be more efficient.

Luxurious amenities added to an amazing experience at this hotel. the exclusive room advantages and private facilities were impressive. the indoor swimming pool, along with the sauna, were top, notch. the location advantages were also a plus and the service provided was exceptional.

this was not a problem as there were plenty other facilities available and the staff were helpful in offering alternative options.

Great food and friendly staff, convenient location with plenty of local restaurants nearby. the room was well-appointed and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the pool was a nice addition, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection.

The cleaning staff was quite disruptive, constantly knocking on the door even with the "do not disturb" sign out. Gym was small for a hotel of this size and there were not enough Chinese food options on the menu.
